Randee Hermus (born November 14, 1979 in Surrey, British Columbia) is a female football (soccer) defender, who won the bronze medal with the Canadian women's national soccer team at the 2007 Pan American Games, she played currently with Vancouver Whitecaps.

Hermus was named the 2004 W-League Championship Weekend MVP for her defensive work; defensive player of the year in 2004/05.
She scored the tying goal against the U.S. in the World Cup Qualifying Final in November 2006 in Los Angeles. She also competed at the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada.
Hermus is a major in geography and minored in kinesiology at Simon Fraser University.
